Shipping and Returns

The content is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice. Our goal is to satisfy our customers by refund, exchange, or repair, as outlined in this policy. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority. We reserve the right to change pricing without notice. All prices are listed in US dollars.

Return Policy
All returns need to be authorized by ekitchenandbath prior to return shipment. For authorization please send an email request to contact@ekitchenandbath.com

  • Returns must be received by ekitchenandbath within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • All items returned in original, unopened packaging will incur a 20% restocking fee upon return of item(s) and receipt.
  • All items returned in original, opened packaging will incur a 30% restocking fee upon return of item(s) and receipt.
  • Any returned product, which is deemed un-sellable, will not receive credit.
  • When the returned item(s) are received, the value of the returned items minus applicable restocking fees will be credited back as soon as our Returns Department has completed processing (usually within 3 workdays).
  • ekitchenandbath will not process any returns if the product returned is missing or incomplete from the original shipment.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping charges as well as setting up all return shipments.

Errors
If there is a error with your order please send an email to contact@ekitchenandbath.com that includes your order number, buyer’s name, shipping address and a brief description of the issue. We will respond with a confirmation email and we will proceed to remedy the error as soon as possible. Our staff double-checks all orders carefully. If you receive an incorrect order you must contact us within 3 business days to receive the correct item.

Missing Parts
To file a missing part(s) claim please send an email to contact@ekitchenandbath.com that includes your order number, buyer’s name, shipping address and a brief description of what part(s) were missing – this description must include the item numbers.

Order Cancellation
All orders have a 24 hour cancellation window. Please verify that your order is correct within these 24 hours and notify us immediately if your order is incorrect. Within the 24 hour window orders can be canceled without any fee.

Lost or Stolen Orders
We are not responsible for any orders lost or stolen after delivery.

Shipping
All orders ship to the shipping address noted on the order. Please note, a PO Box is not a valid shipping address for ekitchenandbath orders. Any order placed using a PO Box for the destination will be put on hold until a valid shipping address is provided. We are not responsible for any orders lost due to delivery to an incorrect address. Over-night delivery is currently not available. Some items may ship directly from our supplier.  Items that ship direct from the supplier are normally shipped within 7 days. Items that may be out of stock may take longer.  Delivery is not available to Alaska or Hawaii.

Orders usually ship via UPS or USPS to the shipping address noted on the order but may ship by other methods. If there are any problems concerning the delivery please contact us as soon as possible. All shipments should be thoroughly inspected for damage by the buyer or the buyer’s designated recipient. The buyer is responsible for all damage that occurs following receipt of the shipment. All purchases may be returned to ekithcenandbath within 30 days from the shipment date if you are not 100% satisfied. All returned or exchanged items must be in their original box and include packing material, manuals, and all accessories. Customers cannot return or exchange used items. Freight Claims Instructions
Unconcealed damage and/or shortage claims can be made only when it is indicated on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery. The claim must then be reported by email to contact@ekitchenandbath.com by sending information regarding the pieces damaged and pictures showing the damage. No claims will be allowed without the proper paperwork signed by the customer and the transportation company.

Concealed Damage claims must be made within 48 HOURS OF PRODUCT DELIVERY. Claims must then be made by email to ekitchenandbath by sending information regarding the pieces damaged and pictures showing the damage.
